Special Needs Children
Special needs children are children with development issues or medical conditions related to bone, muscle, joint, ear, eye, heart, blood, and skin, etc. These conditions range from minor to severe, but many of them are easily correctable and treatable.
A healthy child may also be listed as “special needs” if he or she is older than the age of children traditionally adopted from the specific country, or a member of a sibling group because it is usually hard for this child to be adopted.
Choosing to adopt a child with special needs can offer families several advantages compared to other standard programs.
