Adoption Reference for China

The China Center for Child Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA) requires all adoption applicants to provide objective references from their acquaintances, adult children (over the age 18), and teachers’ of their children. Please use the following forms for appropriate references to provide comments and assessments on the applicants’ suitability to adopt from China.
