Upon receiving the complete application, an adoption coordinator will preview and make appropriate decision based on the eligibility of applicant(s) to a specific program.

Information provide in this application is confidential and only used for internal purpose.For couple applicants, the Applicant 1 can be either husband or wife who will be listed as primary petitioner in the application with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. Applicant 1 must be a U.S. citizen while applicant 2 can be a citizen of other nation.
